I found on my journey true confidence is about feeling alive and staying true to yourself. Confidence is not just about being loud, sometimes silence speaks more than words.

Confidence is the inner balance within all of us, to develop confidence we must love ourselves.

2012 is a buzz world on the planet, ascension, the end of the world, spaceships, enlightment, and change. The media hyped this date by the massive blockbuster film. I see on my journey many around the world making their dreams turn into a reality.

Many can see beyond 2012, as time is an illusion—there is only now. I see new beginnings for so many out there :D

On my journey I found once you let go off society's expectations you begin to fly into a world of infinite possibilities.

The coming changes on Earth which are happening right now are not about fear but freedom. Once you tune into yourself and let go off the distractions, life becomes more enjoyable, you become light and smile more.

The dreams we have as children change as we move through life, sometimes they disappear altogether. To make are dreams a reality we must let go of society's expectations. With so much distraction from external sources i.e television, radio...we find ourselves in an external dreamworld. Waking up from the dreamworld liberated my mind to make me see we create our own reality, there is always another way. Many of our dreams are abstract, some people even lucid dreams where everything seems so real. Dreams show us the secrets of life's greatest mysteries, that everything is connected.

There is no time in the dreamworld—only infinity.

Everyone has a different relationship to food, I have found on my journey once i let go off the processed junk then my whole life changed in an epic way. Food is information and has and can be used to keep someone in a lower vibration, therefore it's essential we consume foods which carry a high vibration and elevate us to the next level.

We are what we eat and we must make the change now, however it is not food alone which gives us balance, there are some many factors, but food plays a key role.

Fresh fruits, and organic natural foods have empowered me and changed my life forever.

I thank the universe for all this wonderful food :)

Journeying I have come to the awareness with are living in a world of infinite possibilities...anything is possible. More and more I see how everything we see is based on our perception and belief system, we have all been raised in homes which instill certain ideas about the world in us.

How much of this is true?

I see myself letting go off limited belief systems and embracing infinity.

What we see is only what we were programmed to see by: religion, schools and family.

Stepping into a more expansive state I have found myself questioning my belief systems more than ever...you might think you going crazy...we'll maybe you are :)

Awakening to a world of infinite possibilities, I am seeing why I judge others and why they judge me. Many of our judgments emanate from fear and intimidation. People who we judge are acting as mirrors and are showing to us something we are not ready to see within ourselves.

Children live in a state of non-judgment, that's why they are free. On my journey I see to let go off all judgment is to be free—the only way to fly.

Fear is separation, when we are one with the universe there is no judgment only embrace :)))))

The universe has no beginning or end, we are living in a timeless space. Nowadays I do not let time govern my mind and movements because I am limitless being...no more watch for me :)

Being free is our birthright. Human freedom is something we must all be preoccupied with. With so many distractions and external projections, many of us are consumed with self image and care what people think. I realised on my journey it was not about fitting in, and it was more about letting go of society's expectation. To be free, one must start with belief and see what outside forces control are actions. I learnt the first step to freedom was to remember everything is mental and we are creating our reality. I remind myself daily we must look how we treat this planet and animals, because what is being done to it, is being done to us.

This for me was the first step on my journey to freedom.

The journey continues...:)

I am thankful to the universe, because each day I grow and expand my consciousness. Every day is a new start, and I strive for my mind to be more open. To look at people with judgment, to continue questioning my reality and being free. There is so much to complain about but I am grateful to the universe for my gifts; for if I never had them how much would I envy someone who possessed them?
